Our efforts

Over the years together, we have continued to discover, not only, our love for cooking and culture, but also, sharing that love with our family and friends. Driven by the concept of Aloha, we hope to spread that spirit even farther and continue to raise awareness, here in the Mile High, of what our pacific island cultures represent.

Our name

No Ke Aloha- To come from Aloha Aloha is more than "hello" and "goodbye", it is a way of life, and a special spoken moment between each other. It is unconditional love, everlasting care and generosity. The pineapple represents this concept as the international symbol of hospitality. Though not indigenous to Hawai'i, when planted in the soil, the ʻāina (land) embraced the fruit and allowed it to flourish just like the Aloha Spirit of the Hawaiian people as they opened arms to so many cultures.
